Threshold Counseling and Coaching is a safe space to share your story and begin crossing the THRESHOLD to healing. You’ll find a place that has been created so that you immediately feel supported, encouraged, and heard. At the end of your first appointment, you’ll feel relief from being deeply heard and understood. You may even begin to understand your story from a new perspective. You’ll leave each session with goals to meet and tools to use throughout the week. Throughout our time working together, you’ll know you’re taking steps in the right direction.
"A safe space for teens and young adults"
Every story is different, and every life is unique. The work we do together at Threshold Counseling and Coaching is designed with YOUR strengths, needs and reality in mind. I realize that no two people are the same, and as such, tailor my therapy to meet your specific needs. Whether you are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, family issues or big changes in your life, together we will explore your life’s themes and patterns and create new ways to face challenges. At the end of sessions, you will leave with a renewed sense of courage and energy to live the life you always imagined. Telling your story takes courage! Rewriting your story so that you begin to thrive in your relationships and life is a brave and powerful decision. When you make that decision and are ready to take the first step, we are here for you!
Meet Suzanne Berry
I decided to become a therapist after being in education for over 25 years. I loved teaching and being a school counselor. I loved working with middle school, high school and college students. But I also knew that I didn’t get to spend as much time working with individual students and young adults like I wanted to…and so I became a therapist. I made a big change in my life because I wanted to encourage and empower people to make big, bold and positive changes in their lives.
